These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Luv Nails & Spa website and our SMS messaging program. By using our site, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our website, book services and opt in to our SMS program. By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

After you text STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts unless you opt back in by texting START.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint are not responsible for any delayed, failed or undelivered messages sent through our SMS program. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be handled in the courts located in California.
